Wizz Air inaugurated three new connections last week as flights to Lamaka, Bologna and Bristol took off from Katowice Airport.
It does not sound as if leaving to Cyprus or Italy would make any difference in terms of latest temperature in Silesia, but it is always great to have more holiday options.
On June 24th, Wizz Air held its first flight to Lamaka (Cyprus). During summer season, this connection will be held twice a week: on Wednesdays and Sundays. During winter season it will only be held once, on Sundays.
Two days after first flight to Lamaka, Wizz Air made another inauguration flights: to Bologna (Italy) and Bristol (England). Bologna route will be held twice a week (Mondays and Fridays). Passengers will be able to go to Bristol on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Both connections gained high interest amongst Wizz Air customers as 180-passenger Airbuses A320 were almost full. There were 179 passengers on board to Bristol, and 169 to Bologna.
